In this journey of life I have learned a few things. So far, I have learned that if we align our values with what we do things feel better. Taking it a step further, if we find value and passion in what we do things are better. When I am able to weave that which I love into that which I do there is a flow that happens. Conversely, when I force a process to work the way I "think" it should, the flow gets stagnated and I am not happy with the result. #findyourflow
